featuredThe first step is to have Q&A on your site. This creates a conversation about your products or services that is conducive to communication through social channels that are based on conversations.
When you or one of your participants asks or answers a question they think will be of interest to their friends they can easily send it to them in a variety of ways.
1. They can check the send to my Facebook news feed, and their post will automatically appear in the feed of their friends on Facebook.
2. They can press the Twitter button and the post will be formatted for twitter and inserted in their Twitter feed with a link back (automatically shortened).
3. They can press an email button and send it via their email.
YouSaidIt allows login through Facebook Connect and has found that at least half of its participants prefer to login this way. This further encourages FB integration.
